Meet Annette

Executive Leadership and Career Coach for those leaders who don’t just survive, they thrive.

I am excited to bring my lived experiences, intuition, industry expertise, and coaching tools to the work I do with individuals, teams, organizations, and communities. I have obtained both my CPCC and PCC certifications through the CoActive Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation.

I bring over 2 decades of experience in the corporate environment to my coaching practice. I came to the Bay Area to work as a product manager and evolved into a marketing maven with creative passion and a growth mindset. This experience allowed me to cultivate thriving teams and organizational success.

I grew up in Colorado, spent time in Atlanta, Paris and New York and currently live in San Francisco with my husband, son and dog. I love reading, traveling, dancing, hiking (in the wild and urban), cooking & eating. I am most energized when I’m surrounded by friends and family.

Meet Shalon

While employed in tech, my passion for community led me to create Shalon, an organization to drive vital conversations that connect, educate and inspire participants.

I created Shalon in 2017 to unite people and ideas through moderated conversation around a shared table (which became virtual in 2020). The goal is to bring people from all backgrounds and perspectives together to unwind and share our stories. Shalon encourages action oriented conversations about the topics that guests care most about - from community issues to personal and professional development. Connecting with generous experts, and curious, motivated individuals allows everyone at the "table" to expand their perspectives, make change and evolve.
